SERVICES & RATES
Individual (1-to-1) Sessions
I offer one-on-one sessions In-person (in Woodland Hills in the San Fernando Valley near The Topanga Village), online (telehealth) or walk-and-talk formats.
Currently offering: 50-60 minute sessions at $200.
EMDR therapy offering: 60-90 minute sessions at $250-$500.
'Walk and Talk’ Therapy offering: 50 minute sessions at $175. Walk and talk therapy is a therapy session that takes place while walking or hiking with your therapist, instead of in a therapy room indoors. Instead of sitting down together, you and I will take a walk for the duration of your session, and you discuss what you want while you're walking. All walk and talk therapy sessions take place in the San Fernando Valley.
Individual Intensives - 90 minute blocks at $350.
EMDR Therapy Intensives - Half-Day Sessions (180 minutes) at $900.
Group Therapy
I lead all of my groups via Telehealth using a HIPPA compliant video/audio platform.
Currently, I offer Grief and Loss process groups, Outdoor Adventure Grief and Trauma Support Groups, and clinical consultation groups.
All groups are 50-60 minutes with pricing at $50 per group session.

Coaching for Creatives, Artists, Digital Nomads & Activists

Format:
Initial Call/Video - $300 for 60 minutes.
6-8 weekly 30 minute follow-up calls - $150 each.
Close Call/Video - $300 for 60 minutes.
Ongoing or retainer 30 minute calls - $150 each.
Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Workshops cover specific topics, strategies, or research and range from 45-90 minutes in length. Popular workshops completed include: Disaster Mental Health; Trauma-informed Care; The Refugee Process; Grief, Loss, and Coping; Domestic Violence; Staff Wellness in the Workplace; Coping in Crisis; Supportive Crisis Interventions for Schools.
Motivational Speaking engagements are offered at 30 minute and 60 minutes segments.
